BTS 2012 Competition Pre-Registration

Want to register in advance for your competitions? If you have already purchased your three-day event pass, you may also pay for your competitions online. Remember, we are only accepting cash and checks at the event, so this is the way to go if you prefer to use a credit/debit card.

Please plan to stop by the contest registration desk to pick up your bib number before 6 pm on Friday or get it at your first contestants' meeting of the weekend, and remember to attend all applicable contestants' meetings.

Liability Waiver

By registering for any competition, I agree to hold the organizers of this event and their agents, harmless from suits, claims and demands of every kind and character arising out of and in conjunction with this event. I hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibition, broadcast, and/or distribution of any event videotape without limitations.

I understand the physical risks associated with dance competition and social dancing and assume full responsibility for any injury or personal damages resulting from my activities at the BridgeTown Swing dance convention.

How to Pre-Register for Competitions

For each competition you wish to register for, please fill out all the appropriate fields, and click on the button "Add to Cart". If you wish to register for multiple competitions, return to this page after clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.

When you're finished registering for multiple competitions, you can click the "View Cart" button at the bottom of this page to finish your checkout.

What to Do When You Arrive at Bridge Town

When you arrive at Bridge Town Swing, pick up your competition bib number and sign your competition pre-registration form at the competition desk. If the competition desk is closed, go to the contestants meeting or check the event registration desk.
