Portland Swing Dance Club

We started offering a beginning basics lesson before every dance last year and they’ve been immensely helpful in taking care of the needs of newcomers and experienced dancers. We have been thankful to have volunteers like Jason Isbell and Jimmy Ho help teach on a regular basis.

If you are interested in inspiring and instructing new people on what west coast swing is like, we have openings to serve as a basics instructor. It is a volunteer position and we ask that you go through some training with one of our regular instructors.
