Paradise Ballroom is once again sponsoring an afternoon of free beginning west coast swing workshops, so if you have any friends or family who would like to jump-start their dancing, please spread the word!

11:30-12 noon: Registration
12 noon - 4 pm: Basics of West Coast Swing rhythm, connection, and fundamental patterns with four of Portland’s top WCS instructors
4:00-4:30 pm: Open Dance Practice

P.S. More experienced dancers are welcome to accompany their newcomer friends, depending on the lead-follow balance in the class. Please be flexible, and consider learning the opposite role from usual if it will help us to balance the group!
